Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and as such offer the following returns periods; Terms & Conditions apply, please read the Exclusions section below.

* Indicates days you have in which to return your item(s) from the date you received your order
** Indicates that orders placed using our finance facilities have to be returned within 14 days of purchase otherwise we will not be able to cancel your Pay4Later finance agreement.

EXCLUSIONS

Items must be sent back to us in the condition they were sent in: unworn, as new with all applicable paperwork, any included accessories and the brand gift box.

Please don't have links removed on watches with metal bracelets unless you're 100% happy with the watch.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Earrings if they have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

RETURNS ADDRESS

When sending back your order please make sure its sufficiently wrapped and secure, we also reccomend sending it back using a tracked and insured service as Francis & Gaye Jewellers can't be held responsible if the item is lost, or damaged during transit. Please include a note inside your parcel with the Order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after we have received your item back and checked everything is in order, however please allow up to 7 days during busy periods like Christmas. We will refund your order minus any delivery charges using the same payment method you used. If the wrong item was sent, or it arrived damaged we will offer a full refund including delivery charges, or if you prefer, a replacement item. If your item was sent back because it was faulty/incorrect, we will refund any reasonable postage costs you incurred when sending your order back to us; please keep a receipt of the postage cost.

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please let us know which item you would like, in the event the item is cheaper than the item you original ordered we will refund you the difference. If the item you would like is more than the item you originally ordered, you will be required to pay the difference before we can send out your replacement.

Please Note: If you selected the optional Insurance cover provided by March Guard when placing your order, we will refund your order minus any delivery charges and the first months Insurance cover because its active from the moment we accept your order.
