We offer a free bracelet alteration service however we only recommend you use this service if you're 100% sure you’re going to be happy with the watch.
By having your watch bracelet altered, you're ordering a custom made item and as such we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange should you decide the watch is not suitable. We only recommend you use this service if you have already seen the watch in-store. If you're not sure the watch is suitable place your order without this service, if you are happy with the watch when it arrives you can get links removed at your local jewellers for a small charge.
SUBMITTING YOUR WRIST MEASUREMENT
Please phone us on 0800 977 4391 (+44 800 977 9341 International) with your wrist measurement (mm) during working hours, as soon as you place your order. We ask that you phone rather than email us this information because emails cannot be guaranteed to arrive, also because we pack orders as quick as possible for same day dispatch.
We recommend placing your order know later than 1pm Monday to Friday on the day you wish us to dispatch your order, so we have time to make the adjustment. Any links we remove from your bracelet will be delivered to you with the watch.
