COVID-19 STATEMENT

FRANCIS & GAYE RETAIL STORES

Dear friends,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe during this unprecedented time.

As the Coronavirus (COVID 19) situation continues to impact our lives, we find ourselves making daily changes to ensure the on-going safety and well-being of all our customers and dedicated store colleagues. So to keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Coventry flagship store on Sunday 22nd March and our Loughborough store on Monday 23rd March at close of trading hours.

If you have any questions relating to any of the stores please email sales@francisandgaye.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Our social media channels will keep you up to date with all the latest releases, inspiration and focus pieces. You can still shop online with us (see Shopping Online below) reach out to us on these channels with any questions or email our dedicated sales team on sales@francisandgaye.co.uk.

These are unchartered territories for all of us and we thank you for your continued support during this time. Stay safe, look after one another, and we will keep you updated on the reopening of our stores.

SHOPPING ONLINE

We are still processing orders for delivery (UK only), with some changes as follows:

Returns: Please be aware that some returns, may take longer than usual to process. We want to do all we can to make things easier for you during this time, so we have extended our returns policy to 90 days. For full details please read our Returns & Exchanges page.

Deliveries: Royal Mail are still delivering orders, however some changes have been made to some services, please see our Delivery Information page for details.

Stock - We have limited stock, many brands have stopped manufacturing new stock and / or are unable to send new stock.

Order Dispatch Days - Orders will only leave our premises on Monday's, Wednesday's and Fridays until further notice.

Online Customer Service Hours - We are still available to deal with any quieries or questions you may have by phone or email between 10am and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. However we are only allowing two staff members to be on shift at anyone time, with other members of the team working remotely. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer the phone, a memeber of the team will call you back as soon as possible.
