If you are not local to us or simply don't have time we provide several delivery options for almost all destinations Worldwide, from free to more expensive express delivery options, all of which are tracked and insured.

All orders are dispatched from our UK stores the same working day if you place your order by 3:30pm Monday to Friday, provided your item is in stock and we don't encounter any issues processing your payment.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, if no one is in you should receive a missed delivery card which will give you the option to have it re-delivered. If no instruction is given to Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered and the parcel has not been picked up within 7 days, Royal Mail will send the parcel back to Francis & Gaye Jewellers. If your parcel is sent back, we will inform you and give you the option to have the parcel sent back to you which will incur a delivery charge, or offer you a full refund.
We do our upmost to make sure your order reaches you in pristine condition by double checking your order before sending it to you, this includes checking your item(s) matches your order, checking for visible signs of damage as well as making sure the movement (if purchasing a watch) is in good working order. Inevitably from time to time the wrong item might be sent to you (human error) or arrive damaged whilst in the care of our delivery partners. Please be assured we make every effort possible to limit these issues and apologise in advance should you experience any issues of this nature. We delivery all across the UK, Europe and most countries Internationally. For the most up to date list please select your country during checkout, if your country is not available, we regretfully won't be able to accept your order at this time.
Orders being delivered Internationally may be subject to Import Duties once the parcel reaches your country, Francis & Gaye Jewellers are not responsible for any charges incurred and we will not be able to tell you what those charges might be. If you are not sure we recommend you contact your local customs authorities directly, they should be able to tell you if any charges will be applicable and what that amount might be. By placing your order with us you are the importer of record and should make sure that the item you have ordered complies with the laws of your country. Please be aware that your parcel may be inspected by customs once it reaches your country, therefore we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive un-tampered with, or signs that it has been opened.
