This line takes its inspiration from the interlocking G logo, that has remained one of the most symbolic codes of the House since its creation. It was in the 1960s that the Interlocking G logo was born as a tribute to Gucci’s founder. Guccio Gucci had passed in 1953 just 15 days after the first Gucci store on American soil was opened in New York. This beautiful logo was created by his sons, from the initials of Guccio Gucci laid atop the diamante pattern, to remember their father. For all lovers of fashion and people around the world, the logo represents luxury, quality, and Italian Craftsmanship but for those who know the story, it is also a symbol of great love and remembrance.
