1990-2000 - Francis & Gaye Jeweller's is a family run business that was established in 1990. Our first and now flagship store was opened in Coventry by Roger Francis FGA and Alan Gaye FGA. Alan Gaye retired in 2000 leaving the Francis Family and James Harrison, Director and Manager of the Coventry store. James Harrison joined Francis & Gaye in early 1996 when he was just 19 years old, later to be joined by Mark Francis, Roger's son, after graduating from the GIA in Carlsbad California, earning him a G.G. One of the most highly respected qualifications in the jewellery industry.

2001-2010 - Samantha Francis (Roger's daughter) joined Francis and Gaye in 2003 and runs our Leicester store with Mark and Shari. Our Leicester Store was opened in 2008, selling fine Quality jewellery and watches, along with top designer brands such as Pandora, Links of London and Thomas Sabo.

2011-Present - Our Coventry store relocated to the West Orchards shopping centre and underwent a massive transformation, selling luxury brands such as Longines, RADO, Raymond Weil, Tissot and many more. In 2012 we were very proud to be named official TAG Heuer watch agents. In 2014 we took the plunge into the online market place with www.francisandgaye.co.uk, allowing us the ability to share our sort after brands, renowned service and jewellery making prowess to a worldwide audience. Early 2015 we purchased our third store, Denham’s The Jewellers, a well-established shop in the heart of Loughborough.

We are members of the National association of Goldsmiths, your guarantee of integrity and ethical business practice. Roger is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, if you're buying diamonds or precious gems, the expertise of a qualified Gemmologist is a must in these times of sophisticated synthetic gems and diamond look-a likes.

We are also part of the Company of Master Jewellers, the UK's Biggest Buying group for independent jewellery retailers.
