If you’re near one of our stores in Coventry or Loughborough, you’re very welcome to collect your online order in person. Simply give our customer service team a call on 0800 977 4391 and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you when you arrive.
If you’re not local, or just short on time, we offer a range of delivery options to suit you, including free and express services to most destinations worldwide. All delivery options (excluding 2nd class) are fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

* Indicates number of working days (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the day you place your order, provided it was placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Example: You place an order on Friday at 5:00pm, and select 48 Hour Delivery (Mon-Fri), your order would be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
** Indicates that your order must be placed no later than 2:00pm Monday to Friday (DPD) or 3:00pm Monday to Friday for Royal Mail Special delivery.
All orders are dispatched from our UK stores the same working day if you place your order by 2:00pm (DPD) 3:00pm (Royal Mail / DHL) Monday to Friday, provided your item is in stock and we don't encounter any issues processing your payment.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel (orders over £75.00), if no one is in you should receive a missed delivery card which will give you the option to have it re-delivered. If no instruction is given to Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered and the parcel has not been picked up within 7 days, Royal Mail will send the parcel back to Francis & Gaye Jewellers. If your parcel is sent back, we will inform you and give you the option to have the parcel sent back to you which will incur a delivery charge, or offer you a full refund.
We do our upmost to make sure your order reaches you in pristine condition by double checking your order before sending it to you, this includes checking your item(s) matches your order, checking for visible signs of damage as well as making sure the movement (if purchasing a watch) is in good working order. Inevitably from time to time the wrong item might be sent to you (human error) or arrive damaged whilst in the care of our delivery partners. Please be assured we make every effort possible to limit these issues and apologise in advance should you experience any issues of this nature. If you do receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged please call 0800 977 4391 (+44 800 977 9341 International) and ask for Lee, or e-mail sales@francisandgaye.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.
Import Duties / Taxes
Orders being delivered outside the United Kingdom will be subject to Import Duties once the parcel reaches your country, Francis & Gaye Jewellers are not responsible for any charges incurred and we will not be able to tell you what those charges might be. If you are not sure we recommend you contact your local customs authorities directly, they should be able to tell you if any charges will be applicable, and what they might be. By placing your order with us you are the importer of record and should make sure that the item you have ordered complies with the laws of your country. Please be aware that your parcel may be inspected by customs once it reaches your country, therefore we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive un-tampered with, or signs that it has been opened.
Important: If you refuse to take delivery and your order is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the delivery and return postage charges.
