We’re pleased to offer a free bracelet adjustment service for watches purchased through our website. To help you get the perfect fit, simply provide your wrist measurement after placing your order.

Submitting Your Wrist Measurement

Please give us a call on 0800 977 4391 (+44 800 977 9341 for international customers) during working hours as soon as you’ve placed your order. We kindly ask for measurements by phone rather than email, as we process orders quickly for same-day dispatch and emails aren’t always guaranteed to arrive in time.

To allow enough time for adjustment, we recommend placing your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the day you’d like your watch dispatched.

Any links removed during the adjustment will be included in the box with your watch.

Important - Customised Item Returns Policy

Items that have been customised are not eligible for a refund. We are only able to offer an exchange for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.

If you are unsure about your purchase, we recommend ordering the item without customisation. If you decide to keep it, you can return it to us later to be customised, or take it to a local jewellers.
