We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within the periods below for a full refund or exchange.

Returns Address

Items must be sent back to us in the condition they were sent in: unworn, as new with all applicable paperwork, any included accessories, brand gift box and any free gifts as part of the original order, if applicable.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Earrings if they have been worn for hygiene reasons, or made to order pieces.

When sending back your order please make sure its sufficiently wrapped and secure, we also recommend sending it back using a tracked and insured service (Royal Mail Special Delivery for example) as Francis & Gaye Jewellers can't be held responsible if the item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit. Please include a note inside your parcel with the Order number, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or full refund; thank you.

Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Item not wanted- Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours provided we received your item back within 30 days of receipt and checked everything is in order, however please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas.

Wrong/Damaged/faulty items - If the wrong item was sent, or it arrived damaged we will offer a full refund, or if you prefer, a replacement item provided the item is sent back within 30 days of receipt; Free returns labels are provided.

Exchanges - If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please let us know which item you would like. In the event the item is cheaper than the item you original ordered we will refund you the difference. If the item you would like is more than the item you originally ordered, you will be required to pay the difference before we can send out your replacement.

How will you refund me? All refunds are issued using the same payment method you used to place your order.

When will I receive my refund? We will refund your order within 72 hours Monday to Friday once we have received your item back. The funds may take up to 3 business days to arrive back in your bank account, depending on the payment provider you used during checkout.

Pre-Orders

If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is out of stock, or is soon to be released, you have the right to cancel your contract. Please read our 'Pre-Orders Policy' for full details.

Returns Policy Exclusions

Customised Items

Items that have been customised are not eligible for a refund. We are only able to offer an exchange for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.

If you are unsure about your purchase, we recommend ordering the item without customisation, be it our watch bracelet alteration service, or engraving service. If you decide to keep it, you can return it to us later to be customised, or take the item to your local jewellers.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings for a refund or exchange if they have been worn.
