The ‘Rising Dragon’ re-interpretation of the 4502-8020 showcases a dial adorned with the intricate ‘Urokomon’ pattern, resembling dragon scales. A symbol of prosperity and vitality in East Asia, the dragon motif ties beautifully into both the Year of the Dragon and Seiko’s remarkable century of watchmaking. This limited-edition timepiece combines historical homage with vibrant symbolism, making it a true collector's piece.

The design echoes the original silhouette, retaining the curved case shape, the 12 o’clock arrow-feather index, and the classic date feature. The narrow link bracelet reflects the Sixties-style aesthetic Seiko is known for, giving it a timeless appeal. At just 9.9mm in depth, this watch is powered by Seiko’s slimmest in-house automatic calibre, the 6L35. This sophisticated movement delivers precision with a remarkable accuracy of +15/-10 seconds per day and a solid 45-hour power reserve. The bidirectional and semi-instantaneous winding mechanism ensures smooth operation, making it both practical and stylish for everyday wear.
