In striking sunburst blue, the Club Sport Neomatik 42 Date is bold yet unmistakably refined. Its galvanised dial shimmers in changing light, accented by luminous white Superluminova on the hour numerals, indexes, and rhodium-plated hands. A date window sits neatly at three o’clock, while the “1000 ft” inscription in gold at six o’clock emphasises its diving credentials. Robust yet elegant, this watch is equally at home in the city or by the water.

The stainless-steel case, bipartite with screwed sapphire crystal glass back and secure screw-down crown, combines strength with precision. Measuring 42 mm in diameter, 10.2 mm in height, and 52.3 mm lug-to-lug, it has a confident presence on the wrist while remaining slim and wearable. Its domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating inside and out ensures perfect clarity, while water resistance to 30 atm (1000 ft) confirms its suitability for serious diving. Completing the watch is the sturdy yet refined Club Sport bracelet in stainless steel, polished and satin-finished, fitted with quick-change spring bars for comfort and versatility.

Inside, the DUW 6101 calibre sets a benchmark for contemporary German watchmaking. This automatic movement boasts an outstanding winding rate and excellent accuracy, thanks to the patented NOMOS date mechanism and the proprietary NOMOS swing system. Exceptionally slim at just 3.6 mm in height despite its complexity, it also carries the traditions of Glashütte: fine polishings, meticulous decoration, and precision engineering. With a diameter of 35.2 mm, 27 jewels, and a power reserve of up to 42 hours, it represents NOMOS at its finest — marrying technical mastery with understated elegance.
