The Seiko 5 Sports SRPL87K1 pays tribute to the SKX399, a well-known model from the original Seiko 5 Sports SKX series first introduced in the 1990s. This modern interpretation features a striking yellow dial and preserves the layout of the original design, maintaining its distinctive character while offering a bold, contemporary look.

Keeping the richly textured indices and hands of the SKX399, the SRPL87K1 introduces updated finishing for a refined appearance. Enhanced knurling on the bezel and a glossy glass bezel insert add extra sparkle, while the black silicone strap provides both style and comfort, making the watch suitable for everyday wear.

Powered by Seiko’s in-house 4R36 automatic movement, the SRPL87K1 delivers an accuracy of +45 / -35 seconds per day and a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. Backed by over fifty years of Seiko 5 Sports heritage, this model reflects the collection’s reliability, durability, performance and value, defined by its five core features: automatic movement, day-date display, water resistance, a recessed crown, and a durable case and strap.
