The Seiko Presage Classic Series SPB524J1 embodies inherent Japanese elegance with a refined and timeless design. Named ‘Shiro-iro’, meaning white, the dial reflects the traditional colour of natural silk and features a textured finish inspired by soft Japanese silk. This material has been treasured in Japan since ancient times and is closely associated with both home décor and clothing, lending the watch a subtle sense of heritage and sophistication.

Protected by dual-curved sapphire glass, the domed white dial is paired with gently curved hands and indices that evoke a vintage aesthetic while being carefully shaped to maximise light reflections. The compact 36mm gold colour plated case enhances the watch’s graceful proportions, offering a balanced and elegant presence on the wrist.

Completing the design is a seven-piece multi-row bracelet inspired by 1970s retro metal watch bracelets, engineered for flexibility, comfort and enhanced light play. At its heart, the SPB524J1 is powered by the in-house Seiko 6R51 calibre, delivering precise mechanical performance with an accuracy of -15/+25 seconds per day and an impressive three-day 72-hour power reserve, staying true to the Seiko Presage philosophy of timeless looks and precise Japanese mechanical timekeeping.
