The dial of this Grand Seiko Evolution 9 watch captures the surface of Japan's Lake Suwa as it reflects the summer sunshine. The deep blue gradation is finished with the Lake Suwa Pattern - a sunray finish that adds a layer of shifting luminosity to the original design, evoking the constant, restless movement of light across the water. Silver-toned hands trace the hours with quiet elegance against the depths of the lake's surface.

The 37mm case and bracelet are crafted in Ever-Brilliant Steel - Grand Seiko's proprietary alloy with a corrosion resistance 1.7 times higher than standard stainless steel, and a brilliant white hue that lends the Zaratsu-polished surfaces an exceptional luminosity. The anti-reflective box sapphire crystal glass and screw-down crown ensure water resistance to 100m. The three-fold clasp features a push-button release and micro-adjustment function for a precise, personalised fit.

At the heart of the watch is the calibre 9RB2, powered by the Spring Drive UFA - Ultra Fine Accuracy movement. The UFA designation marks this as the most accurate wristwatch powered by a mainspring in the world, achieving an extraordinary accuracy of +/-20 seconds per year.
