The Seiko Presage Cocktail Time SRE017J1 is inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and the signature drinks of the Star Bar menu in Tokyo’s sophisticated Ginza area. Designed under the theme of ‘Daytime Cocktail Party’, this watch is one of three hot and milky cocktail-inspired timepieces created for the Autumn and Winter season, offering a refined and comforting aesthetic rooted in Tokyo’s celebrated cocktail scene.

This model takes its inspiration from the ‘Hot Buttered Rum’ cocktail, a warming blend of milk, dark rum, aromatic bitters, vanilla extract, brown sugar and cinnamon, created by Star Bar’s Head Bartender, Mr Hisashi Kishi – an International Bar Association World Champion and Japanese Government Contemporary Master Craftsman. The soft white dial reflects the creamy tones of the drink, delivering a clean and elegant look enhanced by four diamond-set indices.

Compact at just 30mm, the SRE017J1 is designed for elegant everyday wear and is finished with an intricate five-piece bracelet featuring a deployment clasp for comfort and security. Staying true to the Seiko Presage philosophy, this timepiece combines timeless looks, precise Japanese mechanical timekeeping and a distinctly minimalist aesthetic, making it a sophisticated choice for the cooler seasons.
