Men's 4R Black ‘Shog-urai’ Diver’s 42mm Watch

The SRPL13K1 continues Seiko’s heritage of innovation and design evolution, introducing a new Prospex diver’s watch developed from a fusion of two iconic Seiko designs. Drawing inspiration from the fan-nicknamed ‘Samurai’ and ‘Shogun’ models, this hybrid diver brings together two bold, angular case styles that are instantly recognisable, enhanced with modernised features for contemporary wear.

Aesthetically, the design combines the steep, razor-sharp angled lugs of the Shogun — shaped as if by a Samurai sword — with the distinctive crown design of the Samurai model. The straight contours taken from both blueprints create a strong, purposeful silhouette, complemented by sharp pointed hands, a date display positioned at 4.5 o’clock, and a newly shaped bracelet that completes the refined yet powerful look.

Designed for comfort as well as performance, the SRPL13K1 features a compact 41.7mm case diameter and a slim profile for excellent wearability on the wrist. Fully compliant with the recognised ISO standard for professional diving watches, it delivers the practicality, reliability and durability expected from the Prospex collection — timepieces built to meet the demands of extreme environments and everyday adventures alike.
