The Seiko Prospex SSC911P1 is a solar-powered chronograph from the Speedtimer collection, celebrating Seiko’s long-standing professional timekeeping heritage. Rooted in the brand’s achievements during the 1960s, this collection reflects Seiko’s rise on the international sports timing stage, with timekeeping endorsed by major global sporting federations since the 1964 Olympics and continuing through partnerships such as the IAAF.

Adding to the popular Speedtimer range, this model features an increased “go large” case size of 41.4mm, compared to the original 39mm design. The larger case enhances visibility and practicality, while design details include a tapered bracelet, aluminium bezel and a tachymeter scale, reinforcing its performance-led character. Convenient solar-powered technology allows the watch to charge from both natural and electric light.
